Wholesale Nuts And Dried Fruit: Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review our policy below. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items to our warehouse.

1. Item Condition & Eligibility Because we sell food products in bulk, we accept returns for items in both New/Unopened and Used/Opened condition. However, to be eligible for a refund on an opened item, you must return the remaining unconsumed portion of the product.

2. Refund Reasons & Coverage

  • Not Satisfied / Quality Issues: If you are not completely satisfied with the product, you may return the remaining portion to us. We will reimburse the shipping costs both ways.
  • Missing Packages: If your package has not arrived after 3 weeks (21 days) and the shipping address for the order was correctly entered at checkout, we will issue a full refund.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If the carrier returns your package to our warehouse as undeliverable, we will issue a full refund.

3. Prorated Refunds for Partially Consumed Items If you return an opened package, your refund will be prorated based on the weight of the product. For example, If you purchase a 25-pound box of nuts and return 18 pounds, your refund will be calculated and issued for the value of the 18 pounds returned.
