The Maccabi Games Culinary Competition will include teams from around the world. They are using a variety of kitchens all over the country of Israel. In addition to this, the judges and competitors will be traveling to find the gold medal winner.
Maccabi USA is a not-for-profit organization with an extensive history of enriching Jewish lives through athletic, cultural, and educational programs. The organization is the official sponsor of the Maccabi Cooking Competitions worldwide. Significantly for the culture, Maccabi USA supports Jewish Athletic endeavors enhanced by cultural and educational opportunities at home, in Israel, and throughout the Diaspora. This is the first year of the competition. Presently, there are six countries represented in The Macabbi Games Culinary Competition. Teams from America, Europe, and the Middle East.
The Maccabi Games is holding its first-ever cooking competition starting on July 2, 2017
Maccabi USA will lead a culinary mission throughout Israel. An intimate group of 20 guests, judges, and food professionals will tour the country through a “culinary lens” alongside the competing global chefs. In addition, their mission will be to allow participants to explore beyond well-known Israel. Furthermore, they will learn about the culinary history while visiting farms, distilleries, and wineries, amongst other venues. Eating wonderful local foods from the country’s diverse cuisine. Guests will receive their introduction at the World Maccabiah Games Opening Ceremony on July 6. The athletes and the Chefs will hear the crowd’s cheer as they march into Teddy Stadium with their respective countries.
Wholesale Nuts And Dried Fruit is supplying The Macabbi Games Culinary Competition with the freshest bulk nuts and bulk dried fruits for the competitors and judges. Since our sponsorship was added late, we cannot supply the competitors with ingredients for the meals they will compete with. As a result, in future years of competition, we will look at offering components to the various chefs with all of their snacking for their time in Israel. We are supplying the judges, competitors, and administrators with all their snacking for their time in Israel. Furthermore, the sponsorship of this event is a great privilege because many of the judges are thought leaders in the industry of healthy food worldwide.
